Position: Preschool Teacher
Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment Maintain classroom discipline and safety Observe and support children’s developmental needs Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress Collaborate effectively with team members Follow health and safety protocols Participate in training and professional development programs
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Prior preschool teaching experience preferred Strong understanding of child development principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children
