The District Service Manager (DSM) is responsible for managing service operations across the district, including service call management, deployment of Service Engineers, spare parts management, technical support, and customer service coordination. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of E-Pass systems, Weighing Scale systems, and related service activities.
Key Responsibilities: Service Operations
- Receive, monitor, and manage service calls from customers.
- Assign and coordinate Service Engineers based on call priority and location.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls as per SLA.
- Monitor pending calls and take corrective actions for quick resolution.
- Provide technical support to field teams whenever required.
Technical Support
- Good understanding of E-Pass systems and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Weighing Scale installation, maintenance, and servicing.
- Diagnose technical issues and guide field engineers for resolution.
- Ensure proper functioning of all installed systems and equipment.
Spare Parts Management
- Maintain district-wise spare inventory records.
- Track spare consumption and availability.
- Maintain faulty spare records and ensure proper replacement process.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for spare replenishment.
- Monitor spare movement and maintain accurate documentation.
Team Coordination
- Manage and support Service Engineers across the district.
- Monitor engineer productivity and service quality.
- Conduct technical guidance and on-the-job training.
- Ensure adherence to service processes and reporting standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
