Job Overview
Ila Designs is looking for a passionate, creative, and energetic Manager cum Fashion Designer to lead our boutique operations while driving innovative fashion ideas. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day boutique activities and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations and daily activities of the boutique.
- Design and develop trendy, customer-focused fashion collections.
- Guide customers in selecting outfits and provide styling suggestions.
- Supervise inventory, stock management, and product displays.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate boutique staff to achieve business goals.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal collections.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors, tailors, and suppliers.
- Manage social media content ideas and collaborate with the creative team.
- Ensure the boutique is well-organized, visually appealing, and operationally efficient.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Designing, Fashion Technology, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in boutique management, fashion retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional creativity, confidence, and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
