IT Sales Executive / Computer Shop Sales Person

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly IT Shop Sales Person to handle walk-in customers, explain product features, and increase store sales. The candidate should have basic knowledge of computers, laptops, networking products, CCTV, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Sell laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV cameras, networking devices, and accessories
Explain product features, warranty, and pricing clearly
Prepare quotations and invoices
Handle billing and cash/card/UPI payments
Maintain product display and store cleanliness
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of:
Computers & Laptops
Printers & Ink
CCTV Cameras
Routers & Networking Products
Good communication skills (Tamil + English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)
Friendly and confident personality
Ability to convince customers
Qualification:
Preferred: Any Degree (B.Sc./B.Com / BBA /)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (For Fresher)
₹ 17,000-₹20,000 per month(For experienced candidates)

9:30 AM – 8:00PM
