Job Summary
The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring sales targets are achieved, maintaining high customer service standards, managing staff performance, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor daily sales performance and KPIs
- Implement promotional activities and upselling strategies
- Control shrinkage and minimize losses
2. Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
3. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- Motivate team to achieve sales goals
4. Customer Service Excellence
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ambiance
5. Financial & Administrative Control
- Manage cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Control expenses within budget
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in retail/store management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of sales and inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Office / POS systems
