- Set up CNC machines (turning / milling / VTL/ VMC / HMC) according to production requirements.
- Install tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Load and verify CNC programs.
Experience:
- 3–8 experience with CNC/VMC/HMC machines
Maintenance Engineer - 2 Nos
o CNC machines
o VMC/HMC
o Lathes, milling, grinding machines
o Compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems

. Spare Parts & Inventory Management
Experience:
- 3–8 years in machine shop maintenance (automotive/manufacturing preferred).
- Hands-on experience with CNC/VMC/HMC machines.
Cylindrical Grinding Machine operator- 4 Nos
- Operate cylindrical grinding machines (external/internal grinding)
- Set up jobs as per drawings and job specifications
- Select appropriate grinding wheels, speeds, and feeds
Mount and align workpieces using:
- Centres, chucks, mandrels
Perform wheel balancing and dressing
Ensure proper alignment for accuracy and finish
Experience:
- 2–5 years in cylindrical grinding
- Experience in small workshop / job work environment preferred
