We are looking for a highly experienced and responsible Senior Accountant who can independently handle end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Finalize Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Books of Accounts.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in coordination with the Chartered Accountant.
- Prepare MIS Reports, Cash Flow Statements, Financial Reports, and Management Dashboards.
- Monitor debtor ageing, collections, receivables, and vendor payments.
- Verify invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Supervise payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Review daily accounting entries, banking transactions, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants during audits.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and maintain proper documentation.
- Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate work.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, MIS Reporting, and Financial Statements
- Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow Management, and Ledger Reconciliation
- Good understanding of payroll processing, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Qualification
- B.Com (Mandatory)
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
