Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training sessions in Fire & Safety (theory and practical).
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessment papers as per the syllabus.
- Conduct practical demonstrations on fire prevention, safety equipment usage, and emergency procedures.
- Evaluate student performance and provide continuous guidance and support.
- Ensure discipline and productive learning environment within the classroom and training areas.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with academic coordinators and management for smooth batch operations.
- Stay updated on industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Assist in organizing workshops, mock drills, and safety awareness programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching or industry experience in Fire & Safety.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, industrial safety, emergency response, and safety compliance.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle practical sessions and live demonstrations.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
