Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned individual sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the allocated region/segment.
- Reach out to potential customers via emails and in-person meetings.
- Remain adaptable to both tele-sales and field-sales modes, depending on business needs.
- Understand client needs and recommend solutions tailored to their business requirements.
- Prepare customized proposals and deliver impactful presentations to decision-makers.
- Maintain healthy and long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and trust building.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism and compliance with the company’s sales processes.
- Provide accurate updates on sales pipeline, daily calls, client meetings, and closures in reports/CRM.
- Gather competitor insights and market intelligence to help strengthen business strategies.
- Take complete ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Act as the single point of contact for clients until successful onboarding.
- Perform any additional duties or tasks as assigned time to time.

- Prior experience in B2B sales, field sales preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
