Graphic Designer (Production)

This is a production-oriented and execution-focused role, not a desk-only graphic design position.
Candidates looking only for office-based graphic designing work may find this role unsuitable.
Candidates must be comfortable with:
- Working closely with production workers, machine operators, and fabrication teams on a daily basis.
- Spending time on the production floor and actively participating in project execution.
- Handling branding materials such as acrylic sheets, PVC sheets, foam boards, vinyl rolls, and other production materials.
- Assisting in material handling, sheet movement, production preparation, and execution activities when required.
- Understanding cutting, finishing, fabrication, and branding production processes.
- Visiting project sites and coordinating installations when required.
- Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and managing multiple deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
- Create creative concepts and design layouts for branding projects.
- Design graphics for signage, products, branding materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into effective designs.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and machine files.
- Coordinate closely with production workers, machine operators, fabrication teams, and installers.
- Review designs and ensure accurate production output.
- Assist in production planning and project execution when required.
- Support installation coordination and site activities when required.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro) are an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong design sense.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn production processes and branding technologies.
- Comfortable working in a production and manufacturing environment.
