Job Summary
The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities in the PVC door manufacturing unit, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations of PVC door manufacturing.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Manage and allocate work to production operators and helpers.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with stores, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and reduce wastage.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements.
- Implement workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Train and guide workers on production processes and quality requirements.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
