About The Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and creative HR Communication Intern to support the HR team in creating digital-first communications and knowledge resources for employees.
You will document HR processes, create easy-to-understand content and bite-sized videos, develop digital playbooks, and use AI and other digital tools to make HR information easier to access and understand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, content creation, storytelling, and simplifying information for employee communications, employer branding, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Documentation & Simplification: Partner with stakeholders to document HR processes, workflows, guidelines, and best practices, and simplify them into clear, user-friendly content.
Multimedia Content Creation: Script and edit bite-sized videos explaining HR processes, tools, workflows, and guidelines.
Digital Knowledge Management: Build and maintain structured digital HR playbooks and knowledge repositories on existing digital platforms & channels like Confluence, keeping content organized, up to date, and easy to navigate.
Enablement Material Development: Create FAQs, process guides, checklists, templates, and how-to guides.
AI & Digital Tool Integration: Use AI and digital tools for documentation, content creation, video scripting, summarization, and productivity.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Gather stakeholder feedback to validate content, improve accessibility, and keep resources clear and consistent across HR channels.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Literature, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
