Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients based on target industries and demographics.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Outreach & Communication
- Send personalized LinkedIn messages, emails, and follow-ups to engage prospects.
- Make introductory calls to understand client requirements and explain company services.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Sales Support
- Keep track of leads, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Assist in creating outreach scripts, email templates, and pitch messages.
Conversion & Reporting
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and work towards monthly lead targets.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on outreach activities and lead conversion status.
