GoBright is hiring a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team in Trichy.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services, following up with leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in generating business opportunities.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
- Explain GoBright’s services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Handle customer enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead information.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Build positive relationships with potential customers.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and basic English communication.
- Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Ability to follow up with leads consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain call and customer records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Experience: Fresher to 3 year
- Education: Any degree or diploma
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead follow-up experience will be preferred.
