Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on-site. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers
- Ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Enforce safety regulations and site discipline
- Manage materials and equipment efficiently
- Resolve on-site issues and delays
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
- Good leadership and communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
