We are hiring a results-driven Telecaller / Customer Representative Executive with hands-on experience in WhatsApp API campaigns (Interakt platform) to join our team at JAC Nutrition.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing customer conversations, running WhatsApp marketing campaigns, and converting leads into customers through effective communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / customer support
- Hands-on experience with Interakt (WhatsApp Business API)
- Experience in running WhatsApp marketing campaigns & automation
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Sales-oriented mindset with good persuasion skills
