Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor treatment processes, plant performance, and compliance with environmental standards.
- Ensure proper treatment and disposal of industrial effluents as per regulatory requirements.
- Monitor critical parameters such as pH, COD, BOD, TDS, flow rate, and other water quality parameters.
- Maintain ETP logbooks, records, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate sampling, testing, and analysis of effluent and treated water.
- Ensure timely chemical dosing and operation of pumps, blowers, filters, and related equipment.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of ETP equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Pollution Control Board (PCB) norms and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and submit environmental reports and compliance data.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS, and external agencies.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance within the plant.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
