We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for our US Staffing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new client acquisition, generating staffing requirements, and building long-term relationships with direct clients across the US market.
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on end-to-end sales, lead generation, account acquisition, and revenue growth in the US staffing industry.
- Identify, target, and acquire new direct clients for IT and Non-IT staffing services in the US market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and references.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, rate cards, MSA, NDA, and service agreements with clients.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build a strong pipeline of staffing opportunities across various industries.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure quality submissions and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and staffing opportunities in the US staffing industry.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasting.
- Strong experience in US Staffing Business Development.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and account management.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and lead generation.
- Good understanding of US staffing models including Contract, C2C, W2, and Full-Time hiring.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS and Direct Clients.
- Ability to work independently in an Individual Contributor role.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Existing network of US staffing clients is an added advantage.
- Experience in IT staffing sales preferred.
