Role Overview
We are looking for a smart and proactive Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring and take ownership of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining)
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring status
- Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Self-driven and able to take ownership of tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
