HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Manager to take full ownership of hiring, primarily for blue-collar roles along with white-collar positions. The role includes end-to-end recruitment, salary negotiation, onboarding, and exit management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (majorly blue-collar, along with white-collar roles)
- Source candidates through field hiring, vendors, referrals, and job portals
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with departments for hiring decisions
- Independently manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts
- Oversee onboarding, documentation, and induction
- Manage complete exit process including resignations and clearances
- Maintain hiring data and ensure workforce requirements are met
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience
- Experience in blue-collar and white-collar hiring
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage hiring and exit processes
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹62,044.72 per month
