We are seeking experienced CNC Programmers to develop, optimize, and manage CNC machining programs for precision manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CNC programming, tooling selection, process optimization, and machine setup to ensure high-quality production and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machining components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including turning centers, machining centers, and multi-axis machines.
- Interpret technical drawings, GD&T specifications, and process sheets.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Conduct trial runs and make program adjustments to achieve required quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor cycle times and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, tooling data, and process documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
