Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through digital platforms, property portals, social media, referrals, events,
and outbound calling.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Research potential clients and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate lead generation campaigns with the marketing team.
Pre-Sales Activities
- Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Understand client requirements, budget, and investment objectives.
- Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and virtual presentations.
CRM & Follow-Ups
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
- Track lead status and customer interactions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects.
- Generate daily and weekly lead reports.
Client Qualification
- Assess buying intent and investment readiness.
- Identify high-potential buyers and investors.
- Coordinate with sales consultants for seamless handover.
- Maintain a database of HNIs, investors, and prospective buyers.
Marketing Support
- Support open houses, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Coordinate with channel partners and referral networks.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
