Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in core academic subjects as per the curriculum.
- Design and implement effective lesson plans and learning activities.
- Foster an interactive and positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a structured, productive atmosphere.
- Evaluate students' academic progress through assessments and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to support student growth and improvement.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic performance, attendance, and overall development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to enhance the learning experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management abilities.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to nurturing student success.
- Ability to motivate, guide, and support learners effectively.
