Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end to-end recruitment activities across our hospitality businesses. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring quality talent across operational and corporate functions while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and adherence to hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and hiring discussions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with department heads and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status, hiring metrics, and market trends.
- Coordinate with external consultants and recruitment vendors when required.
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media, job fairs, campus engagements, and recruitment campaigns.
- Promote Brigade Hospitality as an employer of choice within the hospitality industry.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
- Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and processes.
- Generate recruitment reports and analyze key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
Onboarding Support
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the hospitality, retail, service, or allied industries.
- Proven experience in volume hiring and frontline recruitment.
- Exposure to recruitment for both operational and managerial roles.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
