HYNEX SYSTEMS LLP is looking for a Sales Coordination & Documentation Executive to support sales operations, client communication, CRM coordination, proposal preparation, documentation management, and internal business coordination.
This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, disciplined, professional in communication, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead management & CRM updates
- Client communication via email, calls & WhatsApp
- Follow-up coordination with clients and internal teams
- Preparation of quotations, proposals & business documents
- Meeting scheduling & coordination
- Documentation management & record keeping
- Coordination between sales, design, accounts & management teams
- Maintaining professional communication and process discipline
Required Skills:-
- Good communication skills
- Professional email drafting ability
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Basic Excel, Word & Google Workspace knowledge
- Good organizational & multitasking ability
- Attention to detail in documentation and records
Preferred Profile:-
- B.Com / BBA / MBA / Any Graduate
- Fresher to 2 years experience
- Experience in sales coordination, CRM handling, customer support, operations support, or documentation work is preferred
