Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Development
-
Design, build, and configure integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and on-premises or cloud systems using SAP CPI.
-
Develop iFlows using Groovy scripts, XML, XSLT, JSON, OData, and SOAP/REST adapters.
-
Configure and manage SuccessFactors Integration Center, OData API, and SFAPI.
-
Implement secure connectivity using OAuth, SAML, TLS certificates, and cloud connectors.
-
Ensuring integration follows best practices related to error handling, monitoring, performance, and security.
Support & Troubleshooting
Monitor CPI runtime and handle incident resolution, debugging, and performance tuning.
Analyze payloads/logs and work with functional teams to resolve data or mapping issues.
Provide support for SF module integrations such as Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Compensation, etc.
Required Skills
-
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Integration).

Solid understanding of SuccessFactors data models, event handling, and integration tools.

Proficiency with OData APIs, SFAPI, Compound Employee API, and Employee Central data structures.
-
Experience with Groovy scripting, message transformations, mapping techniques.
-
Hands-on knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Connector, and authentication mechanisms.

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
Certification:

SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP cloud platform integration or
-
SAP certified Associate – Integration Developer or
-
SAP certified Professional – Solution Architect – SAP BTP
