Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and coach sales staff to improve performance and customer engagement.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and personalized assistance for jewellery buyers.
Store Operations & Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash management, and security.
- Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, clean, and in line with brand standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records; coordinate periodic stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with hallmarking, certification, and company policies.
