We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, generating leads, and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and politely.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
