Staff Management
- Recruit, train, allocate, supervise and evaluate housekeeping and cleaning personnel.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Monitor employee discipline, attendance and performance.
Operations Management
- Supervise daily cleaning and housekeeping activities across the factory, offices, common areas, canteen and other facilities.
- Prepare and implement cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensure proper upkeep and cleanliness of all workplace premises.
Quality & Hygiene Control
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper cleaning procedures and workplace hygiene practices are followed.
- Address and resolve employee concerns related to cleanliness and facility services.
Inventory & Cost Management
- Maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials, consumables, equipment and other housekeeping supplies.
- Monitor usage and raise purchase requirements as needed.
- Control departmental expenses and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Maintenance Coordination
- Identify and report facility-related maintenance issues, damages and repair requirements.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team and external vendors for timely repairs and service.
- Follow up to ensure maintenance activities are completed on time.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment.
- Conduct regular checks and take corrective action wherever required.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
