About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial accounting, project accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, and team management. This role requires hands-on experience in managing project finances, cash flow, audits, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Manage project-wise accounting, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and audits.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, procurement, and project teams.
- Implement strong financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team while driving process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Professional certifications in Accounting/Taxation are an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Construction, Infrastructure, or Real Estate industry.
- Strong experience in project accounting and contract management is mandatory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
