We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility for our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional posts.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
- Generate quality leads through online marketing strategies.
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams for marketing requirements.
- Update website content and ensure information is accurate and current.
- Improve SEO performance to increase website visibility.
- Respond to online inquiries and coordinate with the concerned departments.
- Cover clinic events, health camps, and promotional activities for digital content creation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare experience preferred).
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creativity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
