- Proven work experience as an IT recruiter, a minimum 6 month of recruitment is a must. Conducting employee Onboarding and exit formalities. Good communication, skills.
- Hands-on experience in drafting job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
- Must have exposure to HR and Admin and able to handle the HR and Admin department independently (without any supervision).
- Joining formalities, Performance reviews, Trainings & Motivations, Target planning's, Payroll, Staff attendance
- Candidate must possess leadership & Smart work qualities, self-motivated, Honest, Can handle multiple tasks, Smooth office administrations, Teamwork.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Planning Fun day activities for employee engagement.
Admin Responsibilities:
- Be the First Point of Contact for all Admin-related Queries. Ensure the Relevant Admin Database is Accurate and Up to Date. Administration Activities like Office Maintenance.
- Looking After Day to Day Office Activities.
- Purchase of Products for Office - Getting Quotes and Closing the Deal monitor Inventory of Office Supplies and the Purchasing of New Material with Attention to Budgetary Constraints.
