Job Overview
TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and HR administration, preferably within the IT/Software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee records.
- Manage attendance, leave, timesheets, and HR-related queries.
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and requirements.
- Assist with payroll inputs, employee data, and monthly HR reports.
- Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance resolution.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee retention activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Prepare HR MIS and periodic reports for management.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other HR tools/software.
- Prior experience in an IT/Software company will be preferred.
Education
MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification preferred.
