Location: Chandigarh – Ambala highway, Zirakpur, Punjab
Night Shift: 9am – 6am Monday to Friday
Compensation: 30,000 – 35,000 in-hand

Key Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support to customers in the US and Canada.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and router issues remotely.
Use remote access tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and UltraViewer
Install, configure, and troubleshoot:
o Printers (all major types/models)
o Routers and networking devices
o Basic windows operating systems and related software
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of:
o Windows OS troubleshooting
o Printer installation and troubleshooting
o Router setup and configuration
o Computer hardware and software support
Hands-on experience with: TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Quick Connect & UltraViewer
Good understanding of networking concepts.
Excellent communication and USA customer-handling skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
