About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support and drive HR initiatives across a large employee population of 300+ professionals. As a strategic partner to business leaders, you will play a critical role in enhancing employee engagement, improving retention, driving performance excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business acumen, employee relations expertise, and organizational development capabilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders and managers to understand workforce challenges and develop effective people strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Drive HR interventions aligned with business goals and organizational growth objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on people analytics, engagement metrics, and attrition trends.
Performance Management & Talent Development
- Drive the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and feedback mechanisms.
- Monitor Business Quotient (BQ) progress and support managers in driving performance improvement initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and create development plans for career growth.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to strengthen leadership capabilities and managerial effectiveness.
Employee Relations & Retention
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Manage sensitive employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Identify high-risk attrition cases and implement proactive retention strategies.
- Support managers in navigating difficult employee conversations and performance-related concerns.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and best practices across the business.
- Maintain accurate documentation, meeting records, and HR reports for leadership review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across employee lifecycle processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, or Employee Relations.
- Experience supporting large employee populations (200+ employees) in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of driving engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in high-growth, high-attrition environments.
- Background in BPO, Consulting, Startups, or similar people-intensive industries.
- Exposure to organizational development and change management initiatives.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
