We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our product team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers and developers to create user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into user-friendly designs.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Improve existing product interfaces based on user feedback and analytics.
- Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
