- 1–3 years experience in retail or store operations
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Basic billing/POS and cash handling knowledge
- Inventory and stock management skills
- Leadership and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software)
- Flexibility to work weekends/rotational shifts
- Usually a diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of sales targets and daily reporting is a plus
Pay: ₹13,059.56 - ₹21,000.00 per month
