Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
- Manage and grow social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and websites.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and web developers to support marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing expertise.
- Understanding of PPC advertising and lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of WordPress website management.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B Marketing.
- Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Email Marketing and Marketing Automation experience.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization.
