Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Ad Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), campaign analytics, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management - Plan, create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google & Meta Ads
Performance Optimization - Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting. Improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze campaign performance using: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
Conversion Tracking & Technical Setup - Ensure accurate attribution and data collection across platforms. Troubleshoot tracking issues and coordinate with developers when required.
Creative Coordination - Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. Provide recommendations for ad copy, visuals, videos, and landing page improvements.
Market & Competitor Analysis - Stay updated with industry trends, advertising platform updates, and best practices. Monitor competitor advertising strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup.
- Knowledge of keyword research and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Candidates
- 2–5+ years of experience in paid advertising and performance marketing.
- Google Ads and Meta Certifications are preferred.
- Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
