Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Experience with integration of cloud contact center platforms with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, networking, and security principles relevant to contact center environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud contact center deployments to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
