Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth workplace functioning
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and support services
- Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) follow-ups and service schedules
- Monitor office infrastructure, equipment, and asset maintenance
- Ensure proper housekeeping, security, and overall facility management
- Track and maintain company assets and inventory records
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance activities
- Liaise with external service providers and ensure timely issue resolution
- Support workplace administration and operational requirements
- Maintain facility reports, documentation, and compliance records
Requirements
- Experience in facility management, administration, or operations preferred
- Knowledge of vendor management and maintenance coordination
- Understanding of asset management and infrastructure handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in Facility Management, Administration, Operations, Property Management, or Maintenance Coordination.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹10,075.81 - ₹22,000.00 per month
