Experience: 3+ to 6 Years Job Description (Telecom Domain): Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and external telecom stakeholders Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Hands-on experience in Telecom domain testing (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management, etc.) Exposure to Digital platforms in Telecom (self-care apps, web portals, mobile apps) Experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Daily Status Reporting (DSR) Roles and Responsibilities (Daily Tasks): Follow phase-wise test lifecycle for test case design, review, and maintenance of test assets Perform testing activities including Test Data Preparation, Test Execution, Defect Logging, and Tracking Identify defects in telecom workflows (billing, provisioning, network integration) and perform regression testing Coordinate with development, network, and integration teams for defect resolution Provide daily status updates to TL/Manager and highlight risks/issues Work with APIs, middleware, and integration tools (e.g., Connect-IT or similar telecom integration tools) Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with telecom clients Validate end-to-end telecom journeys such as activation, recharge, billing, and service requests
