Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong programming and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and mentor students for coding interviews and competitive programming.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver interactive offline DSA training sessions.
2.Teach core Data Structures and Algorithms concepts with hands-on coding.
3. Conduct coding practice sessions, doubt clearing sessions, and mock interviews.
4. Create assignments, coding challenges, quizzes, and assessments.
5. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
6.Develop and update course content based on current industry standards.
7.Guide students in improving problem-solving, coding efficiency, and interview readiness.
8. Stay updated with the latest programming trends and interview patterns.
Required Skills
1. Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
2. Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
3.Excellent knowledge of Arrays, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, Heaps, Recursion, Dynamic Programming, Greedy Algorithms, Sorting, Searching, and Time & Space Complexity.
4. Familiarity with coding platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef, or Codeforces.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in teaching, mentoring, or software development preferred.
- Candidates with exceptional DSA expertise and teaching ability are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills -
- Experience preparing students for technical interviews.
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP), basic System Design, and competitive programming is an added advantage.
