Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and building strong customer relationships for our international courier and cargo services.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business.
* Explain company services, pricing, and delivery options to customers.
* Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the system.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
* Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Requirements
* Minimum Degree qualification.
* Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or sales is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
