Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 years of experience in Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with lead generation and sales prospecting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
