Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlets who is willing to relocate to Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service and food quality standards, driving revenue, controlling costs, and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned F&B outlets and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and monitor sales, revenue, food cost, beverage cost, labour cost, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service standards, food safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Monitor outlet performance and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop outlet teams, including Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, and service staff.
- Prepare manpower plans and ensure optimum staff deployment based on business volumes.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, HR, Procurement, Finance, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, portion control, and stock management.
- Drive upselling, promotions, and other initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyse daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and adherence to financial controls.
- Support new outlet openings, operational setups, and implementation of company standards.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews for team members.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and F&B regulations.
