Job Summary
The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead the offline marketing and business development team to drive patient acquisition, referral generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth. The role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, and community organizations while ensuring achievement of business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute offline sales and marketing strategies to achieve patient acquisition and revenue targets.
- Expand referral networks through gynecologists, consultants, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
- Drive lead generation activities and conversion initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the offline marketing team.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for team members.
- Conduct regular field reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure accountability and productivity across all territories.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors, hospitals, corporates, NGOs, and community groups.
- Develop strategic alliances to increase patient referrals and brand awareness.
- Represent the organization at medical conferences, health camps, and networking events.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute outreach programs, awareness campaigns, CMEs, doctor meets, and patient education initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and referral patterns.
- Work closely with digital marketing and telecalling teams to maximize lead conversion.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track business performance and referral source effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Analyze conversion ratios and recommend corrective actions to improve results.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, IVF, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
