An F&B (Food & Beverage) Steward is responsible for supporting restaurant, hotel, banquet, or catering operations by ensuring guests receive efficient and professional food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities of an F&B Steward1. Guest Service
- Welcome and seat guests politely.
- Present menus and explain menu items when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks according to service standards.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve minor complaints professionally.
2. Table Setup and Maintenance
- Prepare tables with cutlery, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged before service.
- Clear used dishes and reset tables promptly.
3. Food and Beverage Service
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order delivery.
- Serve meals and beverages following hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction during dining.
4. Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure proper handling of utensils, crockery, and glassware.
5. Inventory and Supplies
- Check stock levels of service items and report shortages.
- Assist in replenishing supplies such as napkins, cutlery, and beverages.
- Help with storage and handling of food and beverage items.
6. Team Coordination
- Work closely with chefs, bartenders, supervisors, and other service staff.
- Assist during banquets, events, and special functions.
- Attend training sessions and follow company standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
