Position Overview: As an Export Sales Intern at Export Minds, you will work closely with our experienced team to support various aspects of our export operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in international sales, market research, and client relations, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of global trade dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to support export strategies, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Understand Export process and Export sales cycle
- Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing detailed product information.
- Conduct market research to identify new international markets, analyze competitive landscapes, and evaluate customer needs.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to strategic planning sessions, and assist in the creation of presentations for client meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the export sales team, and maintaining customer databases.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in international trade, export sales, and global market dynamics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience or coursework related to export sales or international business is an advantage but not required.
