About the Opportunity
Zensar Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with expertise in designing scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, React/Angular, and modern cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend development experience, along with hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in C# and .NET Core
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of Entity Framework
- Experience with MS SQL Server
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in React or Angular (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted coding, and Copilot Agents
- Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable application development
Nice-to-Have Skills

- Observability & Diagnostics (Application Insights, Logging, Telemetry)
- Secure Coding Practices (OWASP, Static Code Analysis, CxOne)
- Developer Tools: Visual Studio, PowerShell, Postman, Bruno, JetBrains Tools (dotTrace, dotMemory)
- Source Control & Build Tools: Git, GitHub, TeamCity
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade software applications
- Lead software architecture and technical design initiatives
- Develop high-performance backend services using .NET Core and REST APIs
- Build modern and responsive user interfaces using React or Angular
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and resource utilization
- Integrate cloud services and enterprise messaging platforms
- Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams
- Implement CI/CD best practices and AI-assisted development workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering standards
Additional Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members
- Experience in enterprise application development is highly preferred
